Knowing Hornady it'll probably be 3-4 grains below a saum if it's a SA cartridge, or 7 RM capacity if it's a LA.
Basically aside from being throated correctly I'm expecting it to do nothing new like their other prcs.

That would make sense if it's of the 6.5 case, witch would be silly- if that's what was done.
Hopefully LA necked down 300PRC.

What I meant to say was that if the 7mm prc were built off the 6.5 PRC instead of the 300 PRC, THAT would be silly.

If it ends up being a short action I might be in for one....I'm hoping to build a short action light weight 7mm later this year.
Will it be any better than a SAUM/WSM/SS/SST......no....but there's a good chance that 7mm PRC brass and dies will be more available and cheaper than these.
But if I'm being honest....it make the most sense for them to build it off of the 300PRC case.
Either way it will look better than most 7mm's on the market now since it will have a long sleek bullet out where it belongs. Years of shooting 6mm's in competition makes me take a second look at my hunting rounds and think...."that doesn't look right", hahaha.

That would be the 28 SM which is an improved version. People are running 3200 with 195's
All components are available.
