How bout a 22 Plumer? My Smith has one, 6mmAI necked down to 22cal. He gets right at 4600fps with IMR4064 in 26"barrel. Short barrel life but a lot of fun. Bullets are harder to find to take the velocity however.
 
Theres a guy out there that built a 224saum. He called it the 220 redline he was shooting 75-80g bullets I believe, they were going like 3800fps. Google 220 redline and it should come up.
