I believe most all Weatherby "belted" cartridge brass comes out of "Norma"...Norma Projektilfabrik of Sweden. They've always had very good hunting quality brass. As Marine Sniper said; it can be a little on the soft side, but if your reloading for one rifle only and you "neck size" and bump the shoulder for that rifle you can extend it.
