30,000 FED210 Primers Gone in 3 day's

I hate to rain on any LRH person's parade, but George Soros and Tom Styer are only a small part of the problem. The entire gun-hating empire of the socialist left has been working toward this end for--forever. Even as a kid back in the '50s and '60s I heard the adults in the room discussing how the left (for lack of a more descriptive term) has been getting involved in the local political arena and the educational system. Increment by increment, city council member by school board position, the radicals have, what I call, been sneaking in the back door. They have arrived, and they have been wreaking havoc for decades. We are now going to have to catch up, and we are going to have to learn their tactics, and that is going to involve learning to abuse the system, just like they do.

Why would someone that does not like guns even care if you own and use weapons legally? Why would anyone want to take over everyone in this country and have to be responsible for their every need? If you can answer both of those questions, you probably do not belong on this forum. Most of us just do not think in those terms. We want to own and shoot our guns and leave everyone else alone. Unfortunately, that is not the way socialists and pseudo socialists think. They want our guns and they want us to be defenseless so they can take over this country and change it to suit their desires.

I know that getting involved works. It worked for them. Where are our billionaires? Where is our leader that we can rally around? I know we can pull this situation out of the fire, but it is going to take every gun owner we can pull together, even those on the left. I wish I could say what it is that I am feeling and give everyone an answer, but that is going to have to come from someone else, someone stronger and with a huge platform to scream for our second amendment rights. Sorry, gun owners.
We had a guy we could rally around and the GOP betrayed and abandoned him and US when we BOTH needed them the most in their entire history. I actually believe the current leadership of the GOP has NO IDEA WHATSOEVER just how badly they alienated voters in the many tens of millions, no idea at all and has not for many many years.
What the GOP allowed to happen to trump proved to me the GOP would rather have one of their fellow members of the Washington DC establishment county club in the white house even if it's a DemRAT than an complete outsider like Trump.
All I can say is literally pray for Devine intervention in 2022.

When I was in 6th thru 8 grade. The teacher would talk about going hunting in class. Waiting for opening of deer season or other seasons. One of the kids father was a Hunter Safety Instr. In the Boy Scouters we got our Hunter Safety Slip to go get our hunting licenses. Our fathers were involved, I became a Scout Master and did Hunter Safety and shotgun and rifle shooting for my troop. One of my Scout when onto West Point and sent me a letter thanking me of teaching him how to shoot and handle a firearm. We as adults have to hand this down to the younger people. It hard to watch or see whats going on in school for a lot of us. Working trying to make a living. The schools have gotten out of hand. The large part of kids, I hunted with are dead and gone now. What are still alive don't hunt any more. I still do until the day I die. I vote against people that are against owning firearms in every election that I vote in. It was like 67.5% voted Republican in Montana in November. Sure was proud seeing that. It's to bad we couldn't make a clean sweep and gotten Tester out too.

You have it nailed down. All I can do is keep writing my politicians the way I have been for years and many years ago. I get lip service and promises never kept. Sheila Jackson-Lee comes from Houston. If not for a semi racial joke spoken over an unknown open mike, she would never have made it into politics. Only a foolish woman would sponsor a bill like the one she is going to bring to the House floor. As ignorant as she is, she did not write that bill herself. (Sorry, I do not remember the bill's name or number at this time of night) I used to think that because it is so far left that it would never be considered. With the Dems holding all three branches of government, I am no longer confident of anything. And the Republicans are not giving a very warm and fuzzy feeling. I truly fear for our future gun rights. It is time for some twenty or thirty-something gal or guy to take this thing over and go national with it--before it is all gone. Psychological testing, my rump.

While I agree with you, and hate to be pedantic, it is important to remember the Dems do not control all "three branches of government" as the media and elites would like us to believe. They completely own one branch of government, the Executive Branch as evidenced by the inside corruption of the FBI, IRS, etc. The Dems narrowly control the second branch of government, the Legislative Branch, by nature of the tiebreaker being the Vice President. The 3rd Branch, the Supreme Court, was seemingly secured by Trump for years to come. This is why it is vital to support organizations like FPC and GOA that are actually fighting and winning in court on our behalf unlike the rampant corruption, embezzlement, and mismanagement seen at the NRA. Trump appointed droves of lower court judges. These lower courts are where the Supreme Court is pooled from. It is so important to ignore the Federal distractions sold in Media and stay focused on local issues. There would be so Constitutional sell-outs at the Federal level if they didn't First get a foothold at the city/state level. There are many great start up programs that seek to bring firearms outreach of safety and inclusion to schools, inner cities and rural communities. Support these, volunteer at these. Take a non-gun neighbor shooting, take them to the store to but your next gun to show the hoops we already jump through. In this time of uncertainty and fear we can monopolize the momentum to educate the 8million first time gun buyers from 2020.

In a way yes, because of the shortages, and the climate at state and federal levels. The little bug that the Chinese sent to us, has really created a problem. The NRA has really screwed things up too with their mismanagement. It's to bad too. Trump really moved things along with 4 years of hell in office. The worst of it is New York, Mex-fornia and a few other states. They have the people believing that the left is going to give them something for nothing. You can get ahead in this country, but requires hard work, and investing, and not spending it, but putting it back in and making it work you. It called capitalisms. (if I spelled it correctly). I can't spell, but it didn't stop me.

I haven't read this entire thread. But, I firmly believe WiscGunner is right about conservative lower court appointments. There is strength there. Lots of new gun owners out there. Encourage them. Assist them if they run into an ammo supply issue. Assist them in getting past the insane ammo prices. They're the future. Don't let them become discouraged. And teach them to remember the boom and bust. The more people that have them and become accustomed to them the more likely they will defend their right to them.

Did I make a boo-boo? Yep, I made a boo-boo. I was thinking about the Presidink and the House and Senate. The Supreme Court totally dropped out of my brainpan. Sorry for the mistake. The folks that are trying to take away several of our rights have wormed their way into my thoughts. But I still think gun owners are in deeper do-do than most of the people I am talking to. The message does not seem to be getting out quickly enough.

And no, Kimber, we are not talking about primers. We need to start another feed.

Donald J. could be the man we need, it is up to him what he chooses to do with his future. My vote is for Trump to start his own media company. He could push any agenda he wanted, and Gun confiscation could be one of the most important things on his list. How do we talk him into doing all of that for all of us?

I am thinking on the same line. Trump to start his own media company. I don't use FaceBook or others except the internet, and only because I have to. I don't like what they stand for.

Instead of going off and starting another party ala Ross Perot, we need to take the Republican party back by "primarying" every single Republican candidate for federal office. That will let them know that we are not happy with their performance and prefer someone else in the job. We also need to recognize the 5th columnists in our midst. I know a local "conservative" radio host who talks a good game but always ends up tearing the Republican candidate apart during the general election while ignoring the Dem. That causes some of the Republican voters to stay home.

Starting a new company to manufacture primers is not for the faint of heart. I was involved in the ammo import business back in the 90's and just the environmental rules can kill a business. For instance, if you bring in bulk powder is sealed drums, not only are the drums considered HAZMAT but the pallets the drums sit on are HAZMAT too. That is even though the contents of the drums never even touch the pallets.

Primers are the second most dangerous components of ammunition to manufacture, right behind rimfire ammo.
