What do you think they should get?

And after a year of "indentured servitude"…..load their "donkeys" on a C 130, each with a parachute, and deposit them from where they came from. I would have zero problem if some fail to open the chute, as they had zero issues in learning and abiding our laws! memtb
That eagle they shot, would cost about $ 250,000 after ya had those 2 spend a year in jail on the taxpayers. Think rather send the money to the Trout Hatchery, let them boys pickup the roadside litter. They don't sound too sharp really.

2 men cited for killing, planning to eat American bald eagle.

What do you guys think should happen next?

I know this isn't about lrh, but I couldn't resist. Apologies.

Did anybody read into what the National Audubon Society is stating. The eagles are being shot. That's the reason for the decline. The windmills generating electric power is killing most of them. The wind farms have been understating the amount of birds being killed every year. They are lying thru there teeth. Even the solor panels that send the rays to a tower are killing birds. Not to mention the materials that have to be excavated and processes to make them.
It take more energy to make and remove the windmills in pollution, than they save. It's a big cover up. It's additional taxes, and energy costs to us. The far left doesn't know anything except how to LIE.
People don't take the time to read and find out what's really going on.

Rib-eye of the sky?

I feel taking a knee on the anthem in public settings or any setting is far more disgraceful than killing a eagle that we just don't know the full story or intent. Right now there is far bigger fish to fry than this in our country. At ease.
But by damnn we are ready to lynch anyone that thinks/looks different.
Hey! The sand hill crane is the rib-eye of the sky! No way in heck would I shoot an eagle…because no way in heck would I be persuaded to eat one!

But in America, we don't eat our national symbol!

Sure we do. The bald eagle is the national bird. The bison is the national mammal. People eat them all the time. Killing a bald eagle is bad because killing raptors is illegal…there is no inherent immorality in it absent the law.

People arguing for executing the individuals is absurd and obviously has a lot more to do with the ethnicity and nationality of the offenders rather than the crime itself.

Just read this, this morning! This forced move into renewable energy is an absolute crime! memtb

Just like the spotted owls, are good eating too. Now in Mexico-North (aka Calif) they are going to stop the logging to clean the forest, because of fire hazard. The spotted owls were a problem and the trees, can't be removed. As they said in Watt's a long time ago Burn Baby Burn. They are wondering why everybody is leaving. They have screwed this state up, and now going to another one. and possible screw they up too. I think the people in Mexico-Noth (aka Calif) can't see the forest, because of tree in the way.
I told a doctor in Montana several months ago. I had convinced a friend in Mexico-North a long time ago, that the state was putting up check station at all point of entry into the state. Checking on who moving in. Part of the question was. How many firearms do you have. If the answer was 15 or more. They say go ahead. If the answer was five or less. Go to the range outback and we'll see if you can shoot. If the answer was none. Go back to Mexico-North. He like that very much.

Give em each a big roll or 2 of lawn N leaf bags, the Sam's club size. Then take em out to I-80, safety vest, and have em walk the ditch for cans, bottles, coffee cups, any litter fillup the trash bags, a bit of conservation work
This is a outstanding idea. I hate litter more than I hate eagle eaters!

I agree. But "hang them by the balls", would fall under cruel and unusual punishment.

Not nearly as bad as the "cruel and unusual" that is the "virtually guaranteed" future for my grandchildren and great grandchildren! The destruction of our nation rapidly happening before our eyes…..caused by those allowing the unregulated flow across our borders.

It is our "fellow Americans"(?) that are propagating the destruction of our country that should receive the harshest of treatment! memtb

If you're referring to illegals, they have no rights….except to be humanely treated! Returning them to their country or origin is very humane! memtb
That's...not true. The constitution makes a distinction between a "citizen" and a "person" and uses each term deliberately. Many of the rights enshrined in the constitution apply to all persons, like the right to a trial and due process. It doesn't matter if they're here legally.

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..."

Fifth Amendment-
"No person shall be held to answer..."

Fifteenth Amendment-
"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied..."

So, they have some rights, just not all of the same rights as a U.S. citizen. Much of what people are proposing here is clearly unconstitutional. I don't think we should advocate ignoring constitutional amendments we find inconvenient.
