I'm getting 3525 FPS with RL23 and the 131 Hammer Hunters from a 26" barrel.
Hammer bullets/ powder in 7mm mag?

yupp I rather kinda like my 7blaster
In all of my Rem 700's,Browning A Bolt, SAvage 110, the load of 65-66g of IMR 4350, Rem brass, Rem 9 1/2, bullet touching the lands or .003 off the lands shoots very tiny groups of 3/8" and smaller. Same load with a Barnes TTSX jumping .050 from the lands shoots small groups at 3200 fps.
In the same rifles, Rem brass, 72-73g of R#25, Win mag primer, 150g Nosler ballistic tip, 154g Hornady Sp, 150g Nosler C/T shoots 3/8" groups with the bullets seated very close to the lands, 3200 fps. Start at 69g and work up in your rifle.
I have wanted to try IMR 7828 with a Fed 210 in my rifles with both of these bullets since IMR 7828 was invented for the 7 Rem Mag.
I would tweek the above loads for the Hammer bullets, they create less engraving pressure from what I read, but no actual hands-on experience with them.
Keep the Carbon/copper out of your barrel.
Tes long bore scope is some of the best money you can spend!

My 1:9.25" twist 7mm RM loves H1000 and RL 26. Screaming the 143 Hammer Hunters out at 3330 fps. That combo saved a factory 700 from getting a make-over. Shoots sub 1/2 moa...and hits like lightening.

Remember that Muzzle velocity and Impact velocity are hugely dependent on BC, check your 450 yard ballistics.

At 450 yards, I wouldn't worry anything about BC. Shoot anything you want as long as it shoots well. Lighter and faster wins here. BC doesn't take over until after 600+ even further in most cases...
Look at Hammer Hunter and Absolute Hammer load data on this Forum. Plenty of choices.
Howdy, hope all is good. From the sound of what you want to do, I would recommend the Hammer Hunter version of the Hammer bullets. And in the 130 to 143gr area, and I would use H- 4350. Since you say you have 15- 16lbs. And a LR primer don't need mag. primers. You may need a Lee crimp die, Midway has them. Start low and work up. Hope this helps.
