Rebarrel a Christensen or sell?

I haven't read through all the posts, but I had a very similar issue with a CA Mesa in 300PRC. I called and sent it back after I swapped scopes with my custom 308WIN. Shot both rifles. CA shot like hell and actually did some odd things to the Vortex I swapped onto it. (Note: same vortex shoots very consistently on the 308). The 308 shot great with the Mk5HD on it. I spoke to CA and they said to send it in. They wound up rebarreling it. Now, I haven't even thought about the break being bad. I haven't shot the thing since I got it back. Now I'm curious. If it shoots, I'll keep it as is. If it can't, I'll send it to Oregon. Pintail Rifles and have Lee do it right. (If he will even deal with it).

Sell it my 1964 remington shoots 4 inch groups at 1500yrds with cheap Winchester deer season 180 gr

If its a new rifle with only 150 rounds through it and won't shoot better than 4" groups, its gotta be a scope issue.
Can't really be the barrel (unless its a manufacturing defect) or any type of fouling if new with only 150 rounds.

Definitely replace the scope and then see......

I have 2 christensen ridgeline rifles a 7 mag and a 6.5 cm and I really like them they have been no trouble to load for and are super accurate, I worked the Creedmoor load with the muzzle brake on...then I removed it and shot another group just to see what would happen...the group shifted to the right about an inch and opened up to about the same, I worked the seating depth in 30 thousands and there I got my group back,

Just got back from the range and ran (20) Nosler Accubonds through it, trying it without the brake on to see if it changed anything. Here are the pictures of the results. All groups with ended up like that still. The green circle is 3"

So I bought a Christensen arms mesa 308win because the rifle was available and I could find ammo everywhere and it didn't break the bank to shoot. My dilemma now is that the Christensen won't group under 4+ inches with any factory ammo I put through it. I have been a dedicated Bergara owner and was hesitant going with a Christensen and now I am debating on if I should sell the rifle and be done with it and go back to a Bergara or get the Christensen rebarreled. Any thoughts?

Rebarrel it. After having first hand experience with Christensen rifles and read others problems with terrible grouping that should fix the problem. It's a chronic thing unfortunately. Probably why it was for sale.
