257 __________ ? name this wildcat

I am looking forward to a more capable case to shoot the 131 with a long barrel. If I will be using the best bullet, I would want the best brass so don't care who would make yours. Looking for 3150 with the 131 out of a 30 inch barrel. Only building it for extreme (for a 25) distance for varmints. I will likely not have it ready for this June (groundhog season)

Awesome work ! One thing to take into consideration is the need for a designated "hunting" bullet, even though the Ace bullet has been proven on game a multitude of times by now, It's target bullet origins will be a hard sell to rifle manufacturers whose biggest customer base is the typical American deer hunter

The hunting bullet is in the works as we speak. It's going to run flatter than the 131 ACE to 1100-1200 yards and hit harder most of the way too!

Designed to be a no brainer and very jump tolerant with a cavity in the nose for some front end Frag. She's going to get some attention this fall whacking all sorts of stuff.

Prototypes will be sent out to some of our early customers and supporters so you should be seeing them in the coming months. The first go round, testing had to all be done in-house since were the only SOBs with fast twist blanks!

in 30" a 25 Creed or Long Action 257-260 Rem and for sure a 257-260 AI would do that speed no problem.

I have a 7" twist Krieger blank laying on the shelf. Is that enough to get me a bullet? I only need one.

What's it sitting on the shelf for lol?

Why do you only need one bullet? Reamer design? 0.130" Freebore in necks of 0.300-0.311 length will work just fine and more won't hurt a thing if magazine limitations aren't a factor in guys' builds.

The 131 ACE is 1.440" and the second bullet should come in at 1.43. Seemingly similar but a number of geo changes to make the hunting bullet perform terminally and to make up for those changes ballistically.

From the amount of sleep I see has been lost indicated by the timing of these posts ( mine included ) a good name for this round may be 25 Viagara. On a serious side you know there is only one name for this . Your companies name.
