After the pressure test I shot the seating test which was disappointing at 76g h1000 which looked to be away from any velocity nodes. Then took the best seating which wasn't good and shot right in the middle of each velocity node from the pressure test. Any suggestions on where to go from here? This is by far the worst results I have seen trying to develop a load. All seems fine with the gun all screws torqued to speck.

Try 78.5 to 79 Grains adjust seating from there

what distance is that? if it's 100 are you sure it's not you?
I like 77.8gr judging by your ladder test. I do .003" seating adjustment

Thanks @Taylorbok Lol I was wondering if it was me as well but this is the second barrel on this gun and the other shot well. In the pic of the target that top right is 77.7g. And yes shot at 100

Honestly check your scope. (try putting on a known good scope) those are like 4" groups, I've never owned a rifle that shoots any ammo that bad.

Was all shooting done with new brass? Or is some of it once fired?

All new brass. Ya I know how big they are lol that's why I posted. I haven't had groups that bad either. I can swap scopes and shoot a few more groups. Scope was good before I swapped barrels.

Who did the barrel? Buy a box of factory , and if it doesn't get under an inch take it back to them...

I have some h4350, h1000, ramshot magnum, rl22, and h4831. Just seems like it's more then powder lol kinda looking for something to try first so I don't chase it and burn up components. The barrel was a prefit headspaced great.

I never could get IMR7828, H-1000, W-760 to work. I did like W-785 in big 7mmRemMag then they discontinued it with some warnings.
