Your favorite production rifle

Rhino, I have had a 300 WM, and can tell you that at some point, recoil becomes a bigger problem than carry weight. But not with the models darryl mentioned above. They are heavy enough to shoot well. Not many enjoy shooting a 6.5 lb 300 Win MAG!
I understand. I already have a Ruger M77 in .300 Winnie and it would beat me up pretty good, before I put a brake on it. My Weatherby .257 Mag weighs in at over 10-1/2 pounds fully dressed. It's heavy, but I don't mind it because it's a tack driver.
