What powder do you suggest using for reloading 338 Lapua and 7mm rem mag for hunting long range?

I see H1000 available fairly often. That is a great powder for these. Ramshot products, thought I've not used them extensively get good reviews in this category as well. I'm primarily a Hodgdon guy though. Hold out for H1000, my opinion..

I have had good success with N570 in both of those with 177gr and up in the 7mag and 300gr in the 338.

Our LGS's have lots of Ramshot LRT (long range target) and some H4831. These 2 seem to be available online. Should I find H1000 online I would buy some provided reasonable price & hazmat.

I know it can be hard to find, but I have had good luck with RL-25 in both of my 338's with 300gr bullets.
H1000 or IMR 7828ssc, RL33

Just a shock to the checkbook!
Up here it's the same price as Hodgdon, give or take a couple bucks, Maybe you are looking at 1kg bottle vs 1lbs
My three favorites for my Lapua have been retumbo,reloader 26, and reloader 33 and N570

LRT has been in stock and is usually cheaper than Hodgdon or VV. I use it in 338 LM, works good enough when burning 100gn a shot.
I added on N570 as an afterthoughtRetumbo!
