How'd everyone do this shed season?

When I was younger and I had a great place to go ... I hit it hard for about 20 years

It's 60 miles to get to where the elk are for me in PA.
I searched for 3days, but haven't found one yet.
Not giving up yet though either!

Not really a shed, but I found this deep in some brush while tracking someone else's deer. It looked exactly like you see here, just sitting in the dirt.

My Friend who hunts pheasant with me all winter, Fly fishes the streams of N.J and Pa all summer. Over the years He has found the remains of many dead bucks along the edges of these streams. I forgot the name of the disease that causes the bucks to search out water, and often die in the streams.

EHD, or Blue Tongue. Episozoic Hemorrhagic Disease. . I'm sure I spelled it wrong. But that is it.

My buddy found this a couple weeks ago not far from his driveway. It was there a while, still had a bit of velvet.
Apologies to the OP since it's not actually a shed.

Its not uncommon to find winter kills from varies animals. I walked up on a fresh elk calf kill,I have picture some where.The rear quarter was about as big as a chicken, that all I found.

The sad thing is there going to be a lot of winter kills this year.

I found this shed in my pasture the main beam is over 26" long and the G2 is 12 plus he must be nocturnal because I'm in that field nearly every day and haven't seen him yet gonna have to get several cameras up. He's not a monster for certain regions of the country but he's pretty good for middle Tennessee

Not too bad, nothing massive though, but a good time finding some home decor!

My buddy and I got out for two days. He ended up finding seven moose paddles without me the next two weekends. Photos are our weekend haul and my dog finding one for me.
