I recently bought these scope rings and have no idea who the manufacture is. Anyone know? They have a 3/8" base. The 1" set weighs 3.4 oz with the inserts and the 30mm set weighs 1.77 oz (crazy light!)

It's really hard to say as anyone could make something that looks like another product but Kelbly does stamp their rings to match them up . I will copy the image and try an image search and see if it comes up with anything useful.
No luck on the tineye image search . They sure look like Kelbly rings to me even the dovetail looks about right .

I got them from a guy who was a big fan of the Kelby and BAT action. I would be surprised if there were something else.

I am a little bummed as they are a deeper dove tail then what CZ offers. For some reason I was hoping they would work on the 455 but doesn't look that way. I have a couple of davidson bases for the 700 but not sure if I want to mess with the Burris rings I have on there now to put the davidson and likely kelby set on

It's not worth disturbing good fitting mounts from another gun .
Just buy the right rings for the CZ 455 they are about $70 . Fitting up mounts designed for other actions is not always good unless you have a good machinist modify them to fit and be in center .
