Help with identification

Can someone please help me in identifying these rings. I have had them for several years. I cannot find any markings on them other than the stamp shown. Any help would be appreciated.
Also need to verify the mm of the rings. Is the overall inside measurement in mm spot on. I.e. 34mm is 34mm

Looks like the mk4 scope rings from leupold.

I'd go with older Badgers; they stamp mark their ring in that same style, and the top ring lip fit is very indicative of their ring design fit. Cheers
