Scope Mount identification

My apologies if this is posted in the wrong thread but if someone could help me identify some Scope mounts I would be greatly appreciative. They were mounted on blocks, one attached directly to the Barrel, the other to the receiver. I know them to have held a Unertl scope, but of what magnification or model I do not. Many thanks,
