I thought about putting rubber vacuum caps on the top of my dies to prevent that. But the voice in my head laughed and called me a wussy.

I think you need to remove that RC IV from your bench, pack it up and send it to me. I will save you future pain.
I pushed a freshly deburred and trimmed case right through the tip of my finger. It was like a cookie cutter to my finger.

I have ripped many of my favorite shirts along with my hands from the same thing. I doubt that my lesson has been learned. Your bullets will have blood on them before they head down the barrel! .
