I have never used the Scenar. But have read many posts saying that they don't expand reliably.

I'm not sure how easy this will translate for you but here is an article which has some interesting observations about hunting with the Scenar bullets.

The other thing I'm not sure of is whether or not you can get Berger bullets in your country. Berger makes a superbly accurate, high BC bullet specifically for hunting in a 210 grain weight.

I do know that this bullet will perform for most hunting needs.
