If you're using a collet puller i bet youre going to find you can reseat them just fine with pretty good neck tension.
I've done quite a few times without a problem. But here's an interesting addendum. I had corrected bullet run out with a true tool. So you think when I pulled the bullets the cases would remain pretty concentric. Funny thing is when I reseated the lighter bullets I found the run out was back in exactly the same place as before. I could tell by the witness marks on my case necks.
