New 7 PRC build, Magpul stock as interim solution

I have barreled action/scope/bottom metal but waiting on AG composite stock schedule delivery sometime in May. Contemplating purchasing Magpul Hunter stock as interim stock solution. The wait is killing me, loosing so much load development time here in TX with the heat coming. Is this a waist of time and components to begin my load work with a temporary stock solution? I figured I could sell the Magpul once the AG came in.

I say go for it, one of my son-in-laws put one his M40 7mag and I sighted it in, I actually liked it.
