Need help identifying

This side by side is new to me by way of my in-laws who had it stored in an attic for who knows how long. It appears to have been used quite a bit back in the day as most of the lettering has been worn off by it being carried in the field.
I have attached photos of it for some assistance. Looking for the model specifically, I'm pretty sure I've been able to narrow down the make based on what little bit of lettering is left (Stevens Arms & Tool Co).
Any help and info is welcome!!

Judging by what I see in your pics it looks like it is a Steven's arms and tools. And it looks like it says model 365 on it. Check this out. Yep, just trying to figure out model and gauge so I can get more info on it

Measure the muzzle end bores and it will give the gauge, and choke .

I was asking my father in law about it, but unfortunately he has dementia and couldn't tell me much of anything about it. I'm assuming it was his, dads or brothers from when he was a kid on their farm in Minnesota.
Wish I had the story behind it, would be great to know.

If there is nothing written on the frame nor barrels, just take a simple measurement, or attempt to place a shell/hull in the chambers - 12ga, 20ga and see what fits. If a 12ga doesn't and a 20ga is too loose, then its a 16ga. Etc, etc.
