Mexico will never do away with the drugs or illegal migration or anything else. It's what drives there economy! All the resorts are built or controlled by cartel to launder money. Suing the manufacturer of a legal product that was sold to another party then sold again to an individual then smuggled into Mexico has zero to do with the manufacturer.
