Mcmillan big mac 50bmg 1997model

I recently acquired this mcmillan singleshot 50Bmg, 1997 model. I wanted to rebarrel it to a 460steyr 38" barrel using k&p or ks arms.Has anyone of you used this action for other 50bmg based cartridges? Does it have sufficient primary extraction cam for this purpose? The idea is to use 600gr in 1.11 twist for about 2900fts.
