March FX 4.5-28X52 Initial Impressions & turret video.

Didn't mean to mess you up..... I was just messing with it and moving it forward 3/4" would probably be not too bad for me. I usually adjust a bit after I actually fire the gun in a couple positions. We will see.

This isn't my action, but the outside to outside is 6 9/16" on the rails. I have a PM to Feenix for the other dimensions.
Pumped the brakes again.....
That's the outside to outside dimensions though, probably for the furthest. I'd get the ctc or outside to outside of the inner most slots. If you go with some narrower rings ( mine are Nightforce Ultralights), it will give you a little more insurance of forward to backward movement vs wider like the Seekins precision.

Here's a few more pics and measurements of mine.

Furthest mounting possible oto of rings approx 5-5/8"

It looks small on my full sized hunting rifle but saved me almost 3/4lbs (10 oz) over my previous scope 31+oz and is very noticeably lighter now since it's a hunting rifle.

I just ordered a March F 3-24X52 with FML-1 reticle to put on my 6.5 PRC now
I'd love to hear your thoughts once you get that scope and have had some time to look through it. If possible I'd like to hear your thoughts on how it compares to the NX8 and MK5 in terms of reticle and lowlight. I'm looking the the NX8 4-32, MK5 5-25, and the March 3-24x52 and since you've had the first two I'd like to hear your thoughts.

No problem dude. I don't think it's going to beat the 5-25X56 in low light. That scope was amazing as far as glass and low light conditions. But it is MASSIVE. And the NX8 is a good all around competitor for its size!

Just got my March in the mail. Decided on the FX 4.5-28X52 with FML-LDK reticle. Non Illuminated. So far it seems like a well built scope. All the moveable parts, feel excellent to operate. Fit and finish are really nice as well. I don't even the have the gun it's going on yet, so no in the field reviews on glass ect. for a while. But I uploaded a video of the turrets and they are amazing.

How is the reticle on the lowest power is it usable? I have 2 March and they are great both are SFP.

Heres a March F and a Compact both on LAs, both 42MM. I don't see why you would have any problems with the Anti but I get the hesitation. There is not a ton of room to play with but where I've got my rings is nearly where they'd have to be on the Anti or similar.

The only thing I don't like about my 4.5-28x52 is that I bought it 2 weeks before the 15% off for their anniversary was announced... The glass is great, turrets are great, the FOV is great, and so far the tracking has been great.
What do you think of its Eye box, that is my biggest concern? If you looked through a ZCO, which is considered to have some of the best eye box relief, how would you compare it to that?

I haven't looked through a ZCO. But I don't have any issues getting behind it at all.
