Magneto Speed

H as anybody ever tried to chronogragh a 17 HMR ? I have no problem chronographing 22 mag or 22 rimfires. No matter what spacer or distance from barrel it's a no go with Magneto Speed. Pro Chrono is trashed . Won't bother with Chrony. Thinking it's too small diameter bullet ? Just FYI for those with 22 mag rifle. Hornady 30 gr. V Max has the highest velocity and by for the most accurate out of my old Marlin Stainless bolt action . I haven't measured but may be a 22 in. barrel. A little over 2400 fps.. Hornady 17 HMR 17 gr. V max states 2550 fps.

I chronograph mine on a mag speed. My 20" CZ actually runs just over the factory 2550.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I tried everything. 22 mag fine. Good to know velocity though. Thank you.
