I do,just to make sure that I have uniform neck tension. All my straight wall cases I use carbide dies, they go pretty quick.

If you pull bullets from a straightwall case you need to re-size then re-bell the case mouths to seat the new bullets then seat and factory taper crimp or roll crimp depending on what cartridge you are loading for

Yes, I size after pulling bullets. Whether to crimp or not depends in the cartridge/rifle. Repeaters(ie levers) with heavy loads are generally crimped. No crimps for my single shots(Shilo Sharps).
