How old are you? How old do you FEEL?

Sounds good Brother!! :)
Also, I was trying to get a position out in Coeur D'Alene last year! But no-go on resident visa for that company unfortunately. Next time I'm headed through that area I'll have to give you some heads up and see if we can meet up!

Do you ship to Canada?

God bless!

65 here. Just had surgery with light complications. When I'm back to norm, I feel in my 40s. My son in laws can't keep up when I'm 100%.All I hear is slow down..working in the poweri industry ,in order to save a unit from going down we had to think safe, quick, efficient. 40 years of that doesn't leave the mind. However , I can't remember some things. It's true if you don't use it you loose it..

Boy Sappy65 ain't that the truth! And I am only 57

I hit 82 last Halloween. Yep I am a October 31, 1943. Going strong, exercise regularly walk a lot with my wife, Anne, she will hit 79 in April. We manage our commercial income properties.

Anne found a bit of paradise in a Village. Seven acres of land, one acre lake 2500sf log cabin (our home), 1800sf garage with four bays and two lifts (where I work on our classic cars), 8,000sf car barn.

Three large dogs, German Shepherd (daddy), Rottweiler (mom), and their son Shepweiler. They patrol regularly.

We live simply, otherwise, debt free. Do some charity work. Love deeply and enjoy our friends.

Im 53, and feel pretty dang good. 5'-7" and try to maintain 150 lbs which is not too hard If I just lay off the sweets on a daily basis. I still work out 5 days a week on a cardio and light push pull program. My cholesterol is my only fight, I only eat beef and pork once or twice a month, and only cuts that end in "loin", so fish, chicken, and salad is a boring routine I follow to stay off the statin drugs. Im still pretty flexible, but cant get into some of the contorted positions I used to.

I'm 66 years old. Retired electrician. Wife and I moved to Tennessee recently to escape the idiocy in MN and are currently remodeling a house. Got going yesterday about 9am. Spray foamed some basement walls and by 11am that had firmed up enough to drywall. I hung 20 8' sheets by 5 pm. Yesterday I felt like I was 40 and today I feel like I'm 80 lol

I turn 63 in April. I've had over 22 broken bones, severely sprained both ankles 3 times, partially torn miniscus in both knees and MCL in my right knee. Doctors wanted to cut my knees open when I was 21 but I refused. When I was 45 I went to the doctor because my right shoulder suddenly couldn't even get my coffee cup off the table. Got an MRI on shoulder and knees. Doc told me I was in the general shape of a 25 year old but my knees were 65 and my shoulder was 75! No cartilage in the shoulder and next to none in the knees and that was 18 years ago. I still feel pretty good! I did an Ibex bowhunt last year on one of the most rugged places on earth, just shot my barbary sheep 3 weeks ago. I bowhunt a lot and had to drop the poundage on my bow some because of my shoulder but shot a 6x6 bull elk on a solo hunt and packed the thing out by myself.. I'm the singer in one of the top rock bands in my city and still get girls in their 20s hitting on me. I guess I have a bit of a Peter Pan syndrome. I feel good most of the time but I do get severe pain in my hips, shoulder, knees, neck but I also have a really high pain tolerance. It's just been over the last 7 or 8 years that I've really started having a lot of success hunting and the opportunites have been better so I'm pushing myself harder and harder to hunt animals that I really want because I have no idea how long I can do this. I've pretty much spent my retirement on hunting but if I'd waited until I retired I couldn't have done a lot of the things I've done.

My father was a Troubleshooting engineer for Newman Whitney planers. For 54 years with his personal company and 45 with newman. He took me to a majority of his jobs helping and learning.Whem I retired He and I would go to jobs intercontinental he would walk circles around me!.I got it from my old man. I loved and respected. I still get calls from his old companies he did work with asking me to take over where Dad left off. I know this is a rabbit hole but , I got the drive and work ethic from pop..48 states 45 countries Private plane pick up and return. He was my idol. The lil suspendered man on the right

38 years old and feel infinitely older than I did before I had kids. I work outdoors, which is wonderful but also has taken its toll on my body. I lost quite a bit of weight over the last two years, which has helped a lot. The three boys still wear me out. Worth it, though.

What do you do for work to work outdoors? Good on you for losing weight! I'm sure that 3 boys are quite the handful and never let you have a moment!

God bless brother!
