My second Hammer built rifle. I continue to be very satisfied with the outcomes.
Defiance action, Bartlein 1-8" left hand twist, (just for grins), Mesa stock, 2-12 Leupold. Goal was 8lbs, came in at 8.5lbs secondary to a couple of late add ons. .300 RUM running 163 HHT @ 3535 fps.

What's your barrel length? I'm getting 3460fps out of a 22" rum with the 163

Nice looking stick ! What was the turn around time, how long is the barrel, How does it shoot ?
I tried the 2-12x but had to have a parallax, couldn't do the fixed model.

Running 24" left out pain killer brake.

If I recall H1000 101 grains Federal 215 ADG brass.

Looks like a shooter, one wallet type group so far, shot to 800 yards and held up. Let me get 100 rounds on it and I'll give you an aggregate type answer.

I'm runnings just a tad more powder than that but everything else is the same. Only have 30 rounds down mine so far

Specialty Bartlein barrel took awhile as did action, I think about 2 years, included load development.
