Thinking how the rifle is moving under recoil is making the 3/8" impact diff not the 20 fps. How much diff does 20 fps make at 1000y?

Depending on the BC of the bullet and the velocity. In the .300 magnum about .25 MOA (about 2.6") in my 06 about .44 MOA (about 4.60")..
So not a lot.. BUT would make for a bad hit depending what you are shooting at.
