Favorite bedding compounds

I'm wondering what anyone's favorite bedding compound is? I'm currently using Brownells Acraglass gel. I did notice on my 22 creedmoor sitting in an MDT chassis it cracked under the chamber where it's about 1/2" thick. Could be due to curing or my fault!

Devcon has worked well on the 3 rifles I've done.

Was using Brownell's Acraglass for years, but found Devcon 10110 to be easier to use and is easily cleaned up.

Acraglass is junk. I use Devcon. This is what every rifles bedding job looks like when it leaves the shop.

Mine never comes out that clean! Gotta learn a few more tricks I guess. But I vote Devcon.

JB Weld works as well as anything I have ever used

Brownells steel bed is my favorite. Very strong with very low shrink rate. Machines well when cured.

marine-tex gray for me

there was a study and the marine-tex was proven to shrink the least amount, iirc the devcon with ss was the hardest

Reads like it ,(Acraglass Gel), didn't stick fully to the polymer portions of the chassis.
