Burris 4-20x50 Veracity

Can anyone tell me if a Burris Veracity 4-20x50 has an actual zero stop? It says it has Zero click stop. I am not sure if that's an actual zero stop. Any help would be appreciated!

The Burris Veracity does have a mechanical limiter that can be set/reset so that the dial stops at '0' when turned in the downward direction.
