Broughton rifle barrels

I don't have one, but I know people who use them and they are happy with them.
R BROS Rifles uses them alot.

Not "hip" right now but they are well thought of in benchrest community.

Almost all I use. Great barrels. Don't speed up much. Clean easy. Are usually faster. Never had a bad one. Travis at Rbros has been using them for 15 years and never had a bad one. They are great. I have shot my smallest groups at 1k with them out of my hunting rifles. 2-3"

I've never had one, but they're on my list and the list of many others for being one of the best barrels available. I wouldn't hesitate to use one on any of my rifles.

I have two, I'm not sure why I prefer cut barrels, I think it's just the concept that I like.
That said, I'd buy another broughton for sure. Very nice barrels, clean up nice and very accurate.

Same results here. My 6.5x47 wears a 26" Broughton. Built by RBros and shoots incredible. It did pick up about 70-75 FPS after 200 rounds. But Travis said that it would. 130's at 2950 FPS out of that little x47 case still impresses me.
