BIG spotting scope needed

I need one quick, to spot above treeline from the road-- maybe 80 mm. objective-- 20-60X. Up to $600 budget. Any ideas?

Nikon Sky & Earth 20-60X80 Spotting Scope Outfit. Comes with Tripod, soft cover @ cabelas for $569.99. I've been happy with mine. Then again, I haven't looked through a bad Nikon optic yet.
