Arizona and Utah friends

Lots of vehicle rescues all across AZ. Burn scars make it way worse.

Thanks @Old rooster .

That's correct Bob, Flagstaff is seeing that this year due to the forest fires.

Here it doesn't take much to flood the city, especially right now, the ground is so saturated that any rain that comes down just flows down to the city and neighborhoods.

Last week we had a microburst hit the neighborhood, I found my trash cans 7 houses down the street, several trees were pulled out for the ground.

It's Monsoon season, and we need all the water we can get.

It's good we are getting it but wow!

Just saw warnings again for flooding for Arizona and Utah today.
All our forum friends from there be careful.
Yeah my yard out front was a small lake, But my house is built up from grade so I should be okay, However many folks with basements around here weren't so lucky, The good thing is, We pull together around here and help one another!

Just a little taste of Iraq before the rain comes. Maybe the rain comes.....

When I lived in Tucson, everytime it rained, someone would drive into the downtown undrepass under the rail line. It was clearly marked with the depth of the water, and people would drive in even when it was 6 feet deep. i used to ford the river at Catalina State Park to go javelina hunting. Once guy got caught in a flash flood and tied himself to the roof of his pickup. They sent rescue divers for him, because he was so hypothermic he couldn't help them.
