I've really enjoyed reading everyone's builds and different ideas on how to go about their projects.
I've contacted Rick at Accurate Ordnance about building a barreled action. They quoted me a reasonable price for a Stiller AO Action (from what I can tell a branded tac 300), Brux Barrel, threaded muzzle, Timney trigger with a cerakote job.
My question is if I purchase this and then put it on a magpull hunter 700 stock am I buying a corvette and putting bald tires on it or will I still have a very accurate rifle?
The Magpull seems like an effective solution with good reviews, but I'm not interested in order excellent parts and then fall short on the stock.
I would appreciate your opinions.
