Depends on how blurry your definition of "factory" you accept. Most of them (off the shelf in 22CM) are what I consider custom quality with the exception that they have offered them in a pattern or list them with a model name. None that I know of are made with low quality barrels or receivers, they are all really nice.
But yes, there are some very nice rigs offered by smaller outfits that are considered factory rifles. I just don't know of any if what you mean is ones that sell to Wally World.

Fierce makes them, but the Best option is to buy a tikka then a prefit.

Just a side question that is sort of related... I have never owned or worked on a Tikka. Does a Tikka require work on the bolt/receiver to run prefit?
