What can you guys interpret from this? This is the first one I have ever did and I have heard its better to do them farther away but I thought what the heck.

I started at 66 grs and went up in one grain incriments
At 71 grs I got slight ejector mark
At 72 grs I got same result so I quit
 
Ladder test with Bergers dont waste your time. Just pick a safe charge weight and do a seating depth test. You said 72g was safe so use that.

Load 24 rounds and shoot six, four round groups. Do the test at your 300 yard range. These are the seating depths for hunting bullets terget bullets are diffrent.

I think ill try 70grs, 71 and 72 had ejector marks on the brass. I usually just find my max then mess with seating depths so I figured I'd just see what it looked like on paper. Ill let you guys know how it goes tomorrow.
