I have tried ADG 338 Edge brass and really like it. The 7 saum brass is new, so I thought I would share some info. The brass weights 220 grains vs Norma's 235. ADG has 2 grains more case capacity. Necks were very consistent along with weight. 1.4 grain difference is the 20 pieces I currently have. ( 200 on the way). I got a chance to shoot today and threw 2 shots of each charge and shot them at 300. 64-64.5 shot a 1" 4 shot group at 300. 24" Broughton barrel. 3.1 coal. 180 eldm.
64: 2885-2893
64.5 2894-2903
2904. This is from a factory tikka action with McMillian stock and new barrel. Shot with rear bag and bipod. Group was shot with brass out of the box and loaded. No sizing or brass prep.

Pretty good stuff, huh! I found my SS to be top quality so no surprise yours is since the same dies we're used:D

That's awesome! I'm about to do a Tikka 7SAUM myself shooting 180 ELDM'S. What mag did you go with?

It was a 7 rem Mag action from Tikka. HCA makes an after market one as well.

I don't know if messing with the feed lips is needed.
I'm using the factory mag in my 6.5 saum and took the bottom off so I could remove some material up to the bottom of the feed lips.
I used a Dremel and it feeds flawless after widening the box a little.
