37XC build

I hear you there. Someday it would be fun to step up to the .375 cal range.

The .338 will make it there no dought. Use a High BC solid and a long barrel and you should make it no problem.
Can you recomend a 338 Solid ??
I'm interested at this point !! I have about 1500 300gr.bergers but I'm I'm open to try anything !
I'm setting here with a 30 " 1/10 twist .

Thanks Rum Man

This 338 Edge is just for shooting steel / targets ect. About 18.7 pounds .

Jasent nailed it. Cutting edge, Flat lines and hammers for hunting. But for sheer BC number Lazers and flat lines.

I'm not convinced that the solids offer much benefit in the 338s. The 300gr OTM is a great bullet that will cover hunting and target work, even from a 10" twist barrel. The solids are great, but I'm not sure they're worth more than double the price per bullet.

The problem with the 375s is the limited selection of lead core target bullets, so you really need the solids see a significant improvement over the 338.
