It's often called "Keyhole" the tight pattern is still there. It's just that the holes in paper are not perfectly round. That is usually seen at close range and again when the bullet passes back down through sub - sonic at long ranges.

Well I didn't go to the range yesterday because of the wind,
but I went today. Shot a 4.5" group at 400 yds. Those bullets made a string with 5 of them. Someone said they would. It turned out just like I thought it would not a 20" group.
