This round is for my wife's Rossi single shot with 22" barrel. I was also thinking of using the same bullet in my '03-A3 30-06.

For the 30-06 165gr I would recommend 57.5 grs of IMR 4350 or H4350. This is a nice combo. Always work up on your loads.

45.5gr-46.2grs. of Varget.

46.3 gr of RL 15 and the Sierra 165 hpbt is the ocw load

168 grain bullet, 43.6 grains IMR4895.

Always work up to these loads.

Currently 44.5gr Varget at 2.83" OAL is giving me 2740fps and sub-MOA out of 26" Broughton 5C barrel on a HOWA action...YMMV

40.8grn IMR3031 gives a muzzle velocity of 2530fps and sub-moa at 200 yds

I switched to a 180 accubond for less wind drift, my load is 43.5 gns of rl 25 at 2650 fps. My 165 gn load was 45 gns of rl 25 at 2750 fps.
