What powder are you running? Currently I am running RL33 but with supply being what it is I am down to the last few pounds of powder. Looking at opinions for other powders to use. I am shooting 195 bergers.
RL 33 goes fast whenever it pops up. Everything does for the most part these days.I just saw RL-33 a few weeks ago for sale so it is out there. Retumbo is a good powder as is RL-26 but they too are rare.
I was thinking about trying the N568 but I couldn't find any data anywhere for it from people that have used it. I would be curious to see your results with it.N570
N568
Retumbo
RL33 was my go-to for the 28 Nosler w. 195s. But it has been non-existent for 3 years. Switched to N570 for most now, but I am testing N568 in a couple as we speak. N570 is a lower charge weight than N568 (which is very similar to RL33).
Retumbo is kind of a last resort. IMR8133 was similar, but has been discontinued.
At 89.0gr, I had just a hint of an ejector shine @ 3103fps w. 195 EOLs in a barrel with only 27 rounds down it so farI was thinking about trying the N568 but I couldn't find any data anywhere for it from people that have used it. I would be curious to see your results with it.
