So anybody build one on 700LAM? Looking for any feedback for 170EOL, 156HH etc. Curious just how much more "bang for buck" versus crazy .270TH? I am thinking gotta be laser with either 170EOL or 156HH.

BC about like the 170, but faster than the 156.....I think it would be a winner!

I can't see why there would be any issues running it in that action. I would pretty much think of it like a 26 nosler, though it's actually closer to a 28 nosler for bore diameter.....it may be a little temperamental to get a solid load, and will probably have around a 600-800 round barrel life if you treat it nicely, but once you get your load squared away......would be a lightning bolt. I have really considered building one myself.

I have one getting chambered right now in 27 nosler . It was a 270 wby built on a Fierce Rival long action with a 27 " 1-8 twist benchmark.
I can wait to get it back.
I had the 170 elites up to 3125 fps when it was 270 wby so I'm hoping to easily get to 3200 + once it's a 27.

I'm shooting the 156HH out of the m48 long range and it's probably my favorite factory rifle.
165 ablr is also pretty hard to beat.
Winmag+ performance out of a 270.
Every round I've shot has been accurate enough to take hunting.
I would think this would be the new favorite nosler round

Yep if you have enough throat crazy high BC.

I already have light and fast in two other rifles so I don't think I'll go that route in the 27 but I was debating 117 hammers once my rifle is done just to see what they will do.

G1 = 0.650 for the SBD2 vs 0.662 for the 170
