I have been using both Nosler and Swift bullets in my 264 Win Mag rifles for deer and elk. Yesterday I was looking in my files and found a couple of outstanding groups from a couple of years back using the Sierra 140 gr. B.T. with RL 19. I am a hunter and have very good results with the Nosler and Swift bullets on game from antelope to moose, but haven't obtained the groups that I had with the Sierra. I have used Sierra bullets in the 222 Rem Mag and the 6 mm for years on coyotes and rock chucks with very good results, but never used Sierra bullets on the game animals.
My question is has anyone used the 140 gr. Sierra bullet at about 2900 to 3000 ft/sec on deer, elk, etc and what has been your experience?
