It happens with both brass I resized with lube and brass that I did nothing to ie. straight from the box. Some brass works fine others I can close the bolt.
I'm leaning toward the rim extractor area being too large. I am getting different rim thickness measurements. It's hard for me to measure the extractor area with the tools I have
