Thought I would post these specs
I have a 22-284 with a 1-8 27" benchmark bbl reamer has freebore for 75-80 grs
So far got 3660 fps with 57gr of N570 and 80gr Amax
Think I can get 3700+ with 57.5 and 58.

Please feel free to reply and tell me how long my barrel will last

Sounds about right at those speeds.....
One of the guys I shoot with has one and the barrel started vaporizing bullets around 1000 rounds, all the sudden we weren't able to spot hits at distance so we tried shooting at a 100 x 300 foot dugout full of water at 50 yards and it wouldn't even ripple the water...
He down loaded it to 3300 fps and it shoots accurately out to 1000 yards still but he has to clean all the copper out after about 12 to 15 rounds or it will start tearing bullets apart.... He isn't planning to rebarrel it to 22-284 again.. Wants to make something that'll last a little longer. if you have a gun that shoots good it's hard not to shoot it all the time....

I don't push mine that hard. I run 55 gr of N570 for 3500 fps with a 80 gr Berger. Shoots very good. I just never seem to shoot my 22-284. Thinking of selling it.

If you boys have one that shoots a tiny hole at 300. The round count is low and you might sell pm me.
