Try 7828 ssc and rl22 first. Every gun is different some perfer different bullets and powders. I would buy one pound of 7828 ssc and one pound of rl22 and try both. love to hunt I now the 223 wssm will work. You are on the low end of that cartidge. A 22 br will push the 90's to 3000 fps . you should be able to get to atleast 3300 fps easy. The 223 wssm and 22-243 ackley hold very very close to same amount of powder.
