1400 yd whistle pig

Took this marmot the first day of our season... yes, we have a season on whistle pigs.
This one was at an even 1400 yds. Took another at 1317, but no point in posting photos of the close ones.

I always enjoy your marmot posts. How often do you go out for them? I think I remember it's a pretty long hike, too?
