6.5-284 good for it all?

Just seeing every ones thoughts are on what they think is a great all around caliber for North American big game.

I really like the 280s/7mm but the 6.5 284 has me interested
My favorite caliber works very well to 1250 yards at my range and has taken antelope out to 783 yards

That's impressive! I'm a little nervous about brass availability of I decide to go that route. Have you had any problems?
Never had any problems yet I buy 200 at a time and when you can load them eight times it goes quite a ways usually about the life of a barrel midway USA always has Lapua brass and that is what I stick with

Thank you It is being re-barreled at the moment (my third proof on this rifle) I should have it back in a week or two also a trigger upgrade going from a timney to my first trigger tech
Why so many re-barrels? I am only asking because if you've burned them up I would be curious what the round count was, thanks.

I've had the rifle for six years and used to shoot quite a lot and fairly fast strings I have entered a couple matches but nothing serious the first one I replaced at about 1300 rounds could've been replaced at 11 this last one I ran Molly since day one I have a little over 1600 rounds on it it shoots fine out to about 600 then it opens up a little
