Where can I find a small ammo wallet to carry about 10 rounds for a 300 rum? The MTM is too small for the long 230 Bergers. I'm trying to find something better than a rubber band and sock... I want to protect these hand loads. Thanks

I use 50 BMG holders. I load long with 210 Bergers and these fit pretty nice. I cut small pieces of closed cell foam insulation and put them in the bottom of each compartment so the fit my COL. Work good, are sturdy, cheap, and keep the ammo clean and dry.

I store the 300 RUM rounds in the opposite direction as the picture. So it works more like one would expect for a carrier.

Thanks... do they rattle around in the case? I assume the holder is pretty wide since they can hold 50 cal.

No they don't rattle. I put them in so that the bullet is facing up. That way the tapper of the slot is at the bottom ( meant to hold the 50 cal bullet and shoulder) holds the 300 case head kinda securely. I cut a little closed cell foam, like the pipe insulation stuff, or the round stuff used to fill gaps, and adjust until I get the bullet height I need. Actually kinda works better than I had expected. Usually just need the foam on the outside slots. The others set a little higher for some reason.
