Been awhile since I had that rifle but I believe they chronoed at 3250. Not as fast as I could have gotten them but very very accurate. I do remember my groups could be covered with a nickel. 3 shot groups.

As for the 300 RUM I used RL-33 with 230s for a while. The rifle weighs 8.5 lbs with no brake. Switched to H1000 for stability and a bit less recoil/velocity. Very happy with results.

That was my expirence. I have loaded retumbo for about last 1.5 yrs. very pleased with its performance. Found better accuracy & velocity than other powders tried. Getting 1/2 MOA 2.87" at 600 yds with Berger 210s at 3100 FPS.

Oh, one thing I think I forgot to mention is you can use Barnes load data for similar weighted TTSX or LRX for starter loads. So far it's worked great for me.
